about lindsay
Lindsay Eisinger Founder & Yoga Teacher
Lindsay is an experienced yoga teacher with a deep connection to the mountains and an embodied understanding of movement, recovery, and presence.
Based in Hemsedal, she brings a calm, grounded, and professional approach to every session — whether working with hotel guests, private groups, or one-to-one clients. With over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training, Lindsay combines functional movement, intelligent alignment, and mindful strength to create sessions that feel both supportive and empowering.
Her teaching is shaped by years of experience with active bodies and changing needs, and she is known for her ability to adapt each session to the people in the room. Lindsay values clarity and quality over performance. Her sessions are thoughtfully structured, with attention to breath, technique, and ease — allowing participants to feel more at home in their bodies, both during and after the practice. Strength, for Lindsay, is not about pushing — but about building resilience, stability, and trust in the body. She teaches with curiosity and care, offering guidance that supports awareness, recovery, and long-term well-being.
Originally from Canada, Lindsay now calls Hemsedal home and teaches in English, Norwegian, and French. Her international background and mountain-based lifestyle inform a teaching style that is calm, reliable, and well-suited to private settings and professional collaborations.
